DomainSale.si is operated by Battles Capital Investments Inc.. We collect information you provide when you subscribe, request a wholesale list, create a buyer request, contact the sales team, or complete a domain transaction. This may include your name, email, company, phone number, selected domains, messages and transaction details.
Security and recordkeeping
For transaction security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and dispute resolution, we may also record submission timestamps, IP addresses and basic browser/device information. We do not request precise GPS location for ordinary site communications.
Marketing and transactional communication
Marketing preferences are maintained separately from transactional communications. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe from a specific list or all marketing. Transactional notices relating to an active request, payment, transfer or completed sale may still be sent when necessary to administer that transaction.
Service providers and retention
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment/escrow or domain-transfer functions. Information is retained as reasonably necessary for business, security, legal and transaction-record purposes. Completed-sale records may be retained as historical transaction/comparable-sale records.
